Biography
Eileen M. Tokarz, M.S., CCC-SLP, completed her Master of Science degree at the University of Illinois, and has been a licensed speech language pathologist for three decades. In clinical practice, she is an expert in assessing and treating pediatric speech and language disorders of all types, and adult neurogenic disorders including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
Ms. Tokarz specializes in working with individuals with voice and swallowing disorders. She has developed and implemented teletherapy for those living in remote areas who have limited access to speech-language therapy. She has also developed and managed video fluoroscopic swallowing labs to assess swallowing disorders.
