We are pleased to announce the ownership of the Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC), training site of the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency, has transitioned to HealthyU Clinics effective December 10, 2025.

We want to reassure you that you will continue to have access to the same doctors, residents, and staff you know and trust. The clinic will remain at its current location at 2000 W. Bethany Home Road, Suite 200 in Phoenix and will operate under the name “HealthyU Family Medicine Residency Clinic.” HealthyU is committed to maintaining all current insurance plans to prevent any gaps in coverage as well as adding other plans to expand access to care
To ensure continuity of care, your care plans will be securely transferred to the new clinic. This transfer will be conducted in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state privacy laws. Midwestern University will retain custodianship of your records; however, HealthyU will have access to relevant information for your ongoing treatment.
You do not need to take any action for your records to be transferred for treatment purposes. If you prefer to have your records sent to a different provider or if you have other questions or concerns about your records, please contact the medical records department at Midwestern University at 623-537-6000 option 6.
