The Midwestern University Clinics will be implementing a new fee schedule effective June 1, 2025. These adjustments are part of our ongoing commitment to provide the highest quality of care and services to our Midwestern University Clinic patients. Please note this does not include the Arizona Dental Institute.
What does this mean for you?
Updated Fees
We have revised our fee schedule and made a number of changes: some fees have increased, others have decreased, and some remain unchanged. We have carefully reviewed our services to ensure these changes reflect the cost of providing exceptional care.
Insurance Billing
Please rest assured that we will continue to bill your insurance according to our typical practice. We recommend reviewing your insurance policy to understand your coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.
