Biography
Libby Dart, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at Midwestern University. Dr. Dart received both her M.A. and Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH). She teaches courses in early childhood language disorders and cultural and linguistic diversity in communication sciences and disorders. Clinically, Dr. Dart has worked as a speech-language pathologist in both the school and outpatient clinic settings. Her areas of interest include long-term academic and rehabilitation outcomes for children with brain injury, with a particular focus in social communication, family functioning, and sociodemographic disparities.
