Biography

Christine Meyer, M.S., CCC-SLP, completed her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders at Arizona State University and is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist. She has worked as an adult medical speech-language pathologist in acute care, in-patient acute rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation, including a collaborative cancer treatment center. 

Ms. Meyer specializes in working with swallowing and communication issues with the head and neck cancer population including laryngectomee. In addition, she has years of experience with assessment and treatment of dysphagia, as well as aphasia and cognitive communication disorders. She has certifications in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImP™), Pharyngeal Electrical Stimulation (PES), and Tracheal Esophageal Puncture (TEP) Placement.
