Biography
Audrey Bowlds, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University. She supervises graduate student clinicians at the Speech-Language Institute. She received her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Kentucky. Previously, she has worked as a speech-language pathologist in a variety of settings including public schools, private schools, private clinics, and rehabilitation hospitals. Her areas of interest include pediatric speech-sound disorders, language disorders and delays, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) for people of all ages and disabilities, and gender-affirming care for voice and communication.
