Biography
Clinical Lead: Cornea and Contact Lens, Dry Eye Services
Dr. Vakishan Nadarajah earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lewis University and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. Upon graduation, he completed his residency training in Cornea and Contact Lens at the University of California, Berkeley, Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry. Dr. Nadarajah’s areas of expertise include contact lens application for keratoconus, corneal ectasias, post-surgical, orthokeratology, and myopia control. His expertise in dry eye disease includes techniques such as Lipiflow and Intense Pulse Light (IPL) therapy.
Dr. Nadarajah is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Fellow of the Scleral Lens Society, and is a current member of the GP Lens Institute, National Keratoconus Foundation, Association of Contact Lens Educators, and Contact Lens and Cornea Section of the American Optometric Association.
