Tatiyana Trowbridge, D.D.S., M.Ed.
Biography
Dr. Trowbridge was born in Russia and immigrated to the US at the age of 17. She earned her B.S. in Zoology at Idaho State University in 1996 and D.D.S. degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2001. Shortly after dental school she moved to AZ and established her Scottsdale private general practice with focus in cosmetics. After 12 years of private practice Dr. Trowbridge transitioned into the field of teaching at Phoenix College Hygiene Program.
In August of 2015 she joined MWU as an adjunct faculty and later that year accepted a full-time assistant professor position. She was promoted to Associate Professor in 2021 and Director of Pre-Clinical faculty in 2022. She is a 2017 Costin Leadership Institute graduate and a 2021 ADEA Emerging Leaders program graduate. In March of 2021, she earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Her research interests are in education and dental materials. In her spare time Dr. Trowbridge enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading and sports.
