Sabita Rao, D.M.D.

Biography

Dr. Sabita Rao, originally from the United Kingdom, completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University, School of Dental Medicine in 2004.  She completed a further two years of specialized training to receive her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Lutheran Medical Center Program, Maine. During her time in residency she was recognized for her research project focusing on the importance of establishing a dental home for children. 

After the completion of her studies, she has worked both in public health dentistry and private practice. Dr. Rao is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of American Association of Pediatric Dentistry and the College of Diplomates. She relocated to Phoenix Arizona in 2016 and has been teaching at Midwestern University, College of Dental Medicine as assistant clinical professor in Pediatric Dentistry since December 2017.
