Biography

A passion for the emerging specialty of shelter medicine is what led me to vet school after a decade-long career in information technology and software development. I am deeply invested in the shelter medicine program’s mission to provide education, service, and discovery that promotes and supports humane communities. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to build surgical and medical decision-making skills in our students that give them the creativity and confidence to work within a wide scope of clinical environments.
