Dr. Kemper joined the faculty of Midwestern University after 25 years of practicing family medicine in Chandler and Tempe, Arizona. She enjoys working with patients of all ages. Dr. Kemper has served as Dean of the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine since 2007.
