Biography

Dr. Prehn graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. She went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM) in 2018, then completed a residency in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Family Medicine at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL in 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Dr. Prehn worked as a Family Medicine physician with the Dignity Health Medical Group in Chandler, AZ, and then in late 2022 she moved to help develop the East Valley Family Medicine Residency for Dignity Health in Gilbert, AZ. She was hired as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Midwestern University Multispecialty Clinic in May 2024.

Dr. Prehn is a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA); the American Academy of Osteopathy (AAO); the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP); the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP); the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians (AzAFP); and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM).
