Jacqueline Mathews, D.M.D., M.S.

Biography

Dr. Mathews earned her B.S. in Biochemistry from Arizona State University then her D.M.D. from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Arizona. After graduation, Dr. Mathews joined a private practice in Wisconsin and began her career as a general dentist. She enjoyed Wisconsin, however, the desert is her home and in 2015 she moved back to Phoenix. 

Her career in academics began in 2016 when she became a part-time adjunct faculty member in the simulation clinic at Midwestern. One year later, she transitioned to the Dental Institute and accepted a position as Assistant Professor. She serves on the Continuing Education Advisory Committee, Evidence-based Dentistry Committee, and the Scholarship Committee. Dr. Mathews is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, American Dental Education Association, and the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health.
