Biography
Dr. Diana L. Patarroyo received her dental degree from San Martin University in Bogota, Colombia in February, 1991.
After graduating she served 12 months in a rural area of the mountain region at Santa Ana Hospital in Risaralda, Colombia, providing dentistry to families of low income.
While in private practice for a couple of years she developed an interest for esthetic dentistry that lead her to pursue the Implantology & Prosthodontic Dental Master Program at the same university where she obtained her dental degree. During the 18-month program, not only did Dr. Patarroyo enrich her dental knowledge in comprehensive dental care but also, she discovered her love for teaching.
Since graduation Dr. Patarroyo maintains a private dental practice in Chicago. Committed to provide the best care possible for her patients, Dr. Patarroyo completes several hours of continuing education and hands on courses per year.
Dr. Patarroyo is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, playing music with her twin boys, daughter and husband, and playing with her dog.
