Daphne Velazquez, D.D.S.

Biography

Dr. Velazquez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in 1998 and her DDS from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California in 2002. She then moved to Arizona where she practiced general dentistry for nearly 9 years prior to joining MWU CDMA in 2011 as adjunct faculty, and then accepting a position as preclinical assistant professor. In her spare time, she enjoys doing community dental education and spending time with her family.
