Cindy Hum, O.D., FAAO

Biography

An Arizona native, Dr. Cindy Hum attended Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Optometry.

Dr. Hum completed her postdoctoral residency in family practice at the Midwestern University Eye Institute. As a student, Dr. Hum trained at Lawton Indian Health Hospital, Barnet Delaney Perkins Eye Center, the MWU Eye Institute, and Accent Eye Care.

Her primary areas of interest are ophthalmology, ocular disease, dry eye, pediatrics, acquired brain injuries, and specialty contact lenses.
