Biography

Dr. Gettleman graduated from the University of Arizona in 1983. He then attended the University of Missouri in Kansas City for dental school and graduated in 1987. Following that, he attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with his MS degree in oral biology and a certificate in endodontics. Dr. Gettleman started private practice and has specialized in endodontics in Arizona since 1989. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a member of the College of Diplomates in the American Board of Endodontics, past president of Arizona Endodontic Association, past chairman of the American Association of Endodontics Ethics and Peer Review committee. He is presently on The Board of Directors of The American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Gettleman has authored numerous articles on endodontic therapy and has co-authored the Non-Surgical Retreatment chapter in the past four editions of "Pathway of the Pulp."
