Biography

Dr. Peyghambarian, also known as “Dr. P”, grew up in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 1997.  He continued his education and received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 2002. Upon graduation from dental school, he began his active-duty service in the US Army Dental Corps and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Baumholder Germany. 

Following completion of the program, he managed multiple dentists and patients in Grafenwoehr Germany. While providing comprehensive dental care, he was also tasked to be the project manager for the construction of a new 31 chair dental clinic. For his efforts, he was awarded the meritorious service medal for his oversight in developing multiple offices in that location. After completion of his service in 2006, he moved backed to Phoenix and started his private office.

Inspired by his passion for dentistry and his desire that his patients receive the best care, he continued his education in implant dentistry and bone grafting, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, CAD/CAM/Cerec, and a 1-year program in IV and oral conscious sedation at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, AzDA, and ADA. He is honored to join the faculty of Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine as a full time Assistant Professor.
