Ahmed El-Maghraby, D.M.D., F.A.G.D., M.P.H.

Biography

Dr. Ahmed El-Maghraby received his DMD degree from Southern Illinois University in 2006. He then completed a general practice residency through the Loyola University Medical Center and Hines VA Hospital. Before joining Midwestern, Dr. El-Maghraby was the Clinical Director of the Mobile Dental Clinic in Northwest Community Hospital, where he treated individuals living below the federal poverty guidelines. 

Dr. El-Maghraby was also an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. One of Dr. El-Maghraby’s interests is treating individuals with special needs—he was the main staff dentist at Little City in Palatine where he treated individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When not spending time with his triplets, Dr. El-Maghraby enjoys live music, sports and training in the mixed martial arts.
