Biography
Dr. Adriana Ferreira is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Health Studies. She received her Doctor of Optometry with honors from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. After obtaining her Doctor of Optometry degree, Dr. Ferreira completed a Pediatric Optometry residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO, where she received advanced clinical training.
Dr. Ferreira specializes in eye exams of all ages with an emphasis in pediatrics including conditions like amblyopia, strabismus, myopia progression, and contact lenses, including infant aphakia.
